Accommodation Overview

As we have a lot of accommodation of various types, you may find it helpful to look at our accommodation overview, to see how they compare. The overview is organised according to 3 categories. Under Living Space you will see the number of students at each residence, which students it is most suitable for (e.g. whether it's more suited to undergraduates or postgraduates, or whether it can accommodate disabled students), and approximately how many people you would be sharing a kitchen or bathroom with, or whether it is en-suite.

Under Facilities, you can get an idea of what's on the site itself, such as whether it has a common room, bar or cycle storage, you can also see how close it is to campus (some are on the campus itself) and how much parking is available.

The Costs table, as you would expect, sets out the rental costs. It is well worth bearing in mind when looking at the costs that, unlike many other housing providers, there are no 'hidden costs' to our accommodation. All our costs are inclusive of energy charges, insurance and internet.
