How to Pay

Paying your rent - FULL YEAR CONTRACT (2016/17)

Please note: This information is for FULL YEAR (2016/17) contract instalment plans. If your contract is shorter, please use the links on the left hand side.

You can choose to pay in either 3 termly or 8 monthly instalments via Direct Debit or automated Credit/Debit card payments, or you can choose to pay the full amount in one instalment. (See below for more details on these plans.) You must make your choice by using our online instalment plan.

If you do not select an online instalment plan your accommodation fees are payable in full, immediately.

We suggest that if you rely on your student loan to pay your accommodation fees you might want to pay by 3 termly instalments. However please be aware that if your student loan is late or does not arrive, the University cannot accept this as a valid reason for late payment.

If you are an International student who is planning on opening a bank account on your arrival in the UK, you can set up your instalment plan once you have received your new bank details. Please note that you must set up your instalment plan before the 12th October 2016. After this date, you will no longer be able to pay in instalments and your fees are payable in full, immediately.

If you think you are entitled to Leeds Financial Support and you intend to take this as an accommodation discount, please click here for more information.

Once you have chosen a payment option, complete the instalment plan form that can only be found online here. The online instalment plan is only available from 14th July 2016 until 12th October 2016. But you must still accept your contract and pay the deposit within the 4 day deadline.
