Leaving your accommodation
Withdrawing from University
If you withdraw from your course, you must give us 8 weeks notice in writing of your intention to leave your accommodation. We will release you from your contract after the 8 weeks (or earlier if a replacement is found) as long as you have handed your leavers form (available from your department) in to Accommodation Services and have returned your keys to the site office. You will usually be charged a £25 administration fee.
