A lovely red brick terraced house, only a minute’s walk from the Students’ Union.

Seven people live here in single study bedrooms. All rooms have single beds.

Facilities

You get two toilets and two showers to share between seven of you. There are two kitchens in the house, one with a washer/drier installed. There is a small garden to the front of the house. All bedrooms are cabled to the University network with 24-hour internet access included.

Location

You’re in a great location right on campus, across the road from Charles Morris Hall and only a minute’s walk from the Students’ Union - very handy if you run out of food or other essentials. Hyde Park Corner is 15 minutes walk in one direction, and the centre of town is the same distance going the other way. You’re only a short bus ride from the restaurants, cinemas, bars and shops of Headingley too. Regular buses run from outside the main University entrance to Headingley and the city centre until 3am.

Directions from the University

Springfield Mount is located behind Mount Preston Street on campus. If you are arriving by car, continue down
Woodhouse Lane (A660), passing the main University entrance on your left. Turn left at the third set of traffic lights (the Library Pub is on the corner) onto Clarendon Road. You will pass a large student residence on your left (Henry Price), continue down this road until you reach Mount Preston Street on your left. Go to the end of Mount Preston Street and take the sharp right turn just before Café in the Campus, onto Springfield Mount.
