Apply for Accommodation

You're guaranteed a place in our accommodation if you are:

• a new 1st year undergraduate (not coming to Leeds through Clearing)
• an international undergraduate (i.e. you pay fees at the international rate)
• an undergraduate exchange student
• an international postgraduate (i.e. you pay fees at the international rate) and you are new to Leeds

Deadlines

You must apply by the following deadlines to be eligible for the guarantee:-

Apply by the 1st July if you are:

• a first year undergraduate applicant
• an undergraduate exchange student coming to Leeds in September (for both semesters, or semester 1 only)
• an international postgraduate student (i.e. you pay fees at the international rate and are new to Leeds) starting your course in September or October.
  
  

Apply by the 1st December if you are:

• an undergraduate exchange student coming to Leeds in January 2012 (for semester 2)

If you miss any of these deadlines we can't guarantee you a place but we will still try to house you.

Exceptions

Don't fill in the on-line form if you are one of the following:

• a student attending a pre-sessional English Language course in October, January or April
• a Clearing student
  
  

Instead, your department will email you a form to complete.

If you are attending a pre-sessional English Language course in the summer, staff from the Accommodation Office will come to speak to you about your accommodation options during August.
