Family accommodation

We have family accommodation in great locations, on campus and nearby. There are also private housing options.

University of Leeds students on a full-time course who wish to live with their partner and/or children can apply for Family accommodation. 

We prioritise new to Leeds students but unfortunately cannot guarantee family accommodation.

If you are currently registered to study you may apply to join the 2025/26 waiting list and you will receive offers of accommodation until 1 July 2026.

If you are a new to Leeds student in your first year of study in 2026/27, you can join the 2026/27 waiting list (available here soon). You will receive offers of accommodation from 1 July 2026 – 1 July 2027.

If we can't find you a suitable property, we will keep your application on the waiting list and you will continue to receive updates.
