Early arrivals

If your contract starts in September 2024 and you wish to arrive earlier than your contract start date, we may not be able to assist you.

It is important that you arrive in Leeds when your accommodation is available, or as close to this date as possible. However, if you need to arrive in Leeds before your contract starts, we may be able to place you into temporary accommodation. Our Early Arrivals application form will open mid-August and will be available on this page.

You must have completed all formalities set out in our booking process before being offered Early Arrivals accommodation, this means you will have:  

  • paid your £200 deposit 
  • accepted your offer of term-time accommodation.

Please note, we have very limited Early Arrivals accommodation and we would recommend that if you are planning to arrive earlier than your contract start date, that you explore private accommodation options in the first instance.
