Craft and Create with ResLife
Want to relax and get to know other students in residences? Res Life is running a drop-in Craft and Create session on Friday 3 February from 2 - 4:30pm where you can decorate tote bags and paint your own coaster to bring a splash of colour to your room. Come on down to Room 6 and say hello! Find out more here.
Mixed 5-a-side Football
The Sports Reps from our social committees have organised regular mixed 5-a-side football games for all residents to sign up for. The sessions will take place on Mondays from 8-9pm on the Outdoor Court at The Edge, and a new sign-up link will go out every week. Sign up here to get involved!
Food Bundles won’t be around for long!
There isn’t long left to grab a Food Bundle! Food Bundles are exclusive to students living in University of Leeds accommodation and allow you to pre-load credit for meals in advance, to spend at any Great Food at Leeds operated cafés on campus. The bigger the bundle, the better the value, get up to 25% extra free food and drink credit.
Wild Work Day
Giving you a chance to explore and enjoy the outdoors while helping conserve the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, Wild Work Days offer a chance for students to get involved, help out and have fun! Our next Wild Work Day with Yorkshire Wildlife will be taking place on Wednesday, 15 February 2023, meeting at Parkinson Steps at 8:45am and returning to campus for 4:30pm.
The work will take place outdoors, in the open air, so the following clothing is recommended:
• Strong boots or wellies
• Several layers of clothing
• A warm hat
• Waterproof clothing
• A small rucksack
• A water bottle or spare drink
