Varsity 2023 is coming!

From 1 – 3 May this year, we’ll be competing against our rivals over at Leeds Beckett in a bid to retain our title as Varsity Champions!

If you’ve not heard of Varsity before, it’s the annual inter-university event where the best sports teams from the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University compete in a wide range of sports to see who comes out on top. It’s a huge event in the Leeds student calendar, and we encourage you to get involved, cheer on our teams and show your support.

The sporting spectacle concludes with the Varsity Games at Headingley Stadium on Wednesday 3 May, where the men’s and women’s rugby union teams wrap up the event in front of 10,000 students, all wearing their colours with pride and showing some love for their university.
